When a villager is in a 1x1 or 1x2 area they will not take a job. Build a box and push the villager out of the small 1x1 or 1x2 area then give them a job. You can then move them back.

How do I delete a claim?
Stand on the claim you want to delete and type and send /abandonclaim into chat. You will be asked to confirm if you want to delete the claim, click confirm to remove the claim.
How do I leave spawn?
To leave spawn on Diamond you can use the /rtp command. Diamond has random teleport enabled.
To leave spawn on Vanilla you can walk out of one of the four exits and walk into the wild. Vanilla does not have random teleport enabled.
